I have been a Clinical Hypnotherapist since 1999 and as such I act as a facilitator, guiding your unconscious mind to find the perfect solution to your unique problem. When it is appropriate, I incorporate other related scientifically proven techniques such as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, also known as 'Tapping').

I have a lovely, quiet therapy room in the garden of my home in Little Dawley, near Telford, Shropshire.  However, for those of you who live too far away from Telford to travel I can do Hypnotherapy via Skype so you don't even have to leave the comfort of your own home.  In addition, I have recently started produced audio hypnotherapy scripts available to download or on an audio CD.

As a holistic therapist with over 15 years experience I can also offer a range of other holistic natural therapies to ensure that your treatment  is uniquely tailored to your needs.  For example you can let go of the stresses of your life with a relaxing energy healing session or indulge in a wonderful facial massage which only uses pure, safe, vegan, botanical Arbonne skincare products

Clinical Hypnosis (Hypnotherapy):

Labrys Ascension Therapy:

This amazing energy healing therapy is brand new, having only been channelled in 2009.  It offers an energy healing therapy for the 21st Century and it is amazingly powerful but gentle.  The name comes from the Emma Simmonds and Mags O'Brien who's company 'Labrys' offers a range of holistic therapies including this one

Reiki:

I have been attuned to the Usui Reiki System since 1996 and have been an Usui Reiki Master since 2001.  I now combines Reiki with other Energy Healing therapies such as the Labrys Ascension Therapy in order to offer a unique therapy which is guided by your higher self and your individual needs

Egyptian Sugaring:

The art of hair removal using a sugar paste goes back to ancient Egyptian times. As a franchisee of Evanji Ltd I am now trained to be able to offer this service to my clients.  Under the Evanji umbrella I can also offer relaxing botanical vegan facials, manicures, pedicures and vegan make-overs
